Carrot Kheer Recipe

Some people crave sweet food after eating. There must be something sweet in the plate of such people. Till there is nothing sweet, eating does not get satisfaction. If you are also fond of eating sweet, then try carrot pudding. These days red carrots are getting a lot. You must have eaten carrot pudding, but once taste the carrot pudding. Carrot pudding looks more tasty than rabri. It can be easily made. Since carrots contain vitamin A and plenty of fiber, this kheer is also considered good for your health. Carrot Kheer Recipe

  • First take fresh red carrots and wash it thoroughly with water. Peel the carrot lightly and then grate it. Now put 1 teaspoon of desi ghee in a pan and then add grated carrots to it.

  • After running for a while, cover the carrot on a plate and let it cook on the medium flame until it becomes soft. Keep driving carrots in between. After cooking the carrot for about 10 minutes, add milk to it. To make kheer, use full cream milk i.e. thick milk.

  • Now allow carrots and milk to cook and till then remove 2 cardamom peel and grind it. If you want, you also cut cashews and almonds into small pieces to put it in kheer. Keep stirring kheer in between. Until a good thick kheer is ready.

  • To make kheer thick, you can also add milkmade to it. If you are making kheer by adding milkmade, then there is no need to cook milk for a long time. When the kheer becomes thick, add sugar according to your own.

  • Keep in mind that after mixing sugar, keep stirring and after adding sugar, then you start to cook it continuously. When the kheer becomes thick according to your choice, add ground cardamom and nuts.

  • It is ready to eat carrot pudding and keep it in such a fridge and eat it after cooling it. You will get a better test in carrot kheer than Rabri. Children and elders will like carrot kheer.
