Gulab Jamun making recipe with milk powder
First step- To make Gulab Jamun syrup, you have to take 2 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar. Grind about 3 cardamom and mix it. Make sugar syrup while driving all the things. Turn off the gas if the syrup becomes light sticky. To ensure that the syrup of Gulab Jamun is not thick, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to the syrup.
Second step- Now filter with half a cup of maida and 1 cup milk powder. Add 3/4 teaspoon baking powder to it. Now beat half a cup of fresh cream i.e. cream thoroughly. Now prepare a soft do by adding milk according to the need.
Third step- Now take a ready dow like dough and apply the hand with light ghee. Make the dough very smooth and round so that there are no cracks of any kind. Now prepare all the Gulab Jamuns and prepare it.
Fourth step- Heat the oil in a pan and check. If light bubbles are being made in the oil after adding Gulab Jamun, then add all the Gulab Jamuns and fry Gulab Jamun on the medium low flame till the golden color comes. Stir the oil lying in the pan with a spoon so that all the Gulab Jamuns are well roasted.
Fifth step- If Gulab Jamun becomes golden color, then remove and put it in the prepared syrup. Now leave for half an hour to be set. Demise homemade gulab jamuns are ready, eat them after hot or mild cold.
