
Set daily routine: Your mental health is good, so it is important that you make a routine of sleeping and getting up. Gold and waking up on time are very beneficial for mental health. Also, keep yourself active by schedule by scheduled small task during the day.
Physical Exercise: Physical movement releases endorphins (happiness hormones) in the brain which is to keep your health good. Therefore, do 20-30 minutes of walk, yoga or exercise daily.
Digital detox: In today’s era, digital detox has become very important for good mental health. So take a little break from social media. Make a habit of staying away from phone and screen for a few hours a day.
Give preference to sleep: If your sleep is not complete, then it will not only affect the mental health but your body can become home to diseases. Therefore, it is very important to get a deep sleep of 7-8 hours. Do relaxing activity like reading or meditating before wearing.
Follow healthy diet: Good diet to keep yourself healthy. Eat rich in vitamins, protein and healthy fats. Also limit junk food and caffeine intake.
Learn to express emotions: Mental health will be good only when you learn to share your feelings. So do not press whatever you are feeling. Rather, talk to a close friend, family member about that.
Take time out for hobby: If you are not hobby, then develop it. For example, listening to music, painting, gardening, dance – give some time in whatever heart is relaxed.
Adopt meditation: Practice 5-10 minutes daily. This will help reduce stress and get mental peace.
