According to the latest update, around 3:45 pm (IST) platform services were restored so that users could re -access the website and app. The impact of this outage was particularly seen in India. According to data from Downdetector, 57% of users in the US had problems in the app, 34% had problems with the website and 9% had a server related problem. In the UK, 61% of users had problems related to the app, 34% in the website, and 5% related to the server.

The effect of outage in India was slightly lower, but still more than 2,600 complaints were filed. 80% of users were unable to access the website, 11% had problems in login, and 9% had trouble with the mobile app.
