
Gourd chutney
To make bitter gourd chutney, a large bitter gourd, 2 green chillies, 4 garlic bud, a small piece of ginger and half cup of fresh coriander will be required. Apart from this, you will need a spoon lemon juice, a spoon mustard seeds, half spoon turmeric powder, half -spoon cumin powder, a spoon sesame, a spoon grated coconut and a spoon mustard oil.
First step- To make bitter gourd chutney, first wash the bitter gourd and cut it into small pieces. After this, to remove bitter gourd bitterness, put a little salt in it and keep it for about 15 minutes.
Second step- Now you have to wash the bitter gourd and squeeze lightly. After this, heat mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.
Third step- After the seeds crackle, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and sesame seeds to the pan and fry it for one to one and a half minutes.
Fourth step- Now add chopped bitter gourd in the pan and fry them on low flame for about 5 minutes and then add turmeric, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
Fifth step- After this you can mix grated coconut in it. Wait for the mixture to cool down by mixing everything.
Sixth step- Now put this cold mixture in the mixer. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice to the mixer.
Seventh step- Cover and grind everything. Finally, add a little water and make this mixture smooth.
