Material for making potato barule
- 250 grams of small size light boiled potatoes
- About 2-3 tbsp dry gram flour
- If you want color, 1 pinch of orange color
- Red chili and salt as per taste

Potato barule recipe
First step- First of all, boil the potatoes. Do not boil too much. Now peel the potato and add gram flour, salt, red chili and a pinch color to it. Sprinkle some water so that gram flour and spices stick on the potato. Leave it for a while.
Second step- Now heat the oil in the pan and add potatoes and fry it on high heat. You have to fry them until they become crispy like pakoras. After frying, take out the barule in a vessel.
Third step- If you want, before frying the gram flour, press it with the help of a light bowl. So that the potatoes become flattened. Now fry them by putting them in oil. Allow the potatoes to cook on low heat for a while so that it becomes crispy in taste.
Fourth step- Now take out the fryed potatoes and put green chutney on top by putting it in a serving plate. Serve by adding chaat masala over it. Potato bars are very tasty to eat. You can also eat them with tea. Potato barule also looks delicious with sour sweet chutney.
