Material for making mix pickles:

Mix Pickle Method

  • First step: Wash and cut cauliflower, carrot, radish, lemon, ginger and green chillies. Keep the pan to heat up, add mustard oil, heat oil and fry the seeds of coriander, black pepper, fennel, cumin and fenugreek and remove it. Allow them to cool down, then grind the spices coarsely.

  • Second step: Then add asafetida powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and black salt and mix well. Add cauliflower, carrot, ginger, garlic, lemon, green chili in a large bowl, then add pickle masala, vinegar to it.

  • Third step: Then put the whole mixture in a pan and mix well. Then cover it with muslin cloth and tie the knot and keep it for 6-7 days. Meanwhile, keep mixing the pickle slowly, mixing and tossing needs to be done every day. Your pickle is ready, put it in a glass jar and enjoy delicious mix pickle pickle for a long time.
