To make pumpkin vegetables, you will need 500 grams of pumpkin, two tomatoes, two green chillies, one inch ginger piece, two spoon ghee or oil, half spoon turmeric powder, a spoon coriander powder, half spoon fennel powder, a pinch of asafoetida, a spoon cumin, one spoon cumin, half spoon garam masala, a spoon sugar or a spoon sugar, salt, salt and green funds. First step- First of all wash the pumpkin and peel it lightly and then cut it into small pieces.

Fifth step- After this, mix the pumpkin pieces well with these spices. Now you have to cover this vegetable and let it cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.
Sixth step- When the pumpkin becomes soft, then you can mash this vegetable slightly. To add a little sweetness to the vegetable, you can add jaggery or sugar to it.
Seventh step- Now mix garam masala in the vegetable and cook the pumpkin vegetable for about two minutes.
Eighth step- Finally, by turning off the gas, you can garnish the pumpkin vegetable with chopped green coriander.
