First step- To prepare Makhana smoothie, you have to take about 1/4 cup soaked almonds. If you have forgotten soaking almonds, then leave the almonds in warm water for just 30 minutes. This will easily remove almond peel.
Second step- Now put all the almonds in a grinder and grind them finely. If we have to prepare almond milk, then almonds must be good ground. After grinding the almonds, mix 1 cup of water and prepare almond milk.
Third step- Half a cup makhana, 1/4 tbsp plane oats, 1/4 cup black raisins or raisins you like. Now add 1 cup of almond milk to it, which we have prepared by grinding almonds. Soak everything for about 15 minutes.
