In India, where some people like mango pickle, some people eat lemon pickles. Some people also eat green chili pickle with great fervor. But now people buy pickles from the market instead of making pickles at home. However, the taste of pickles found in the market is not as good as grandmother’s pickle. Let us know about the very easy way to make green chili pickle in grandmother’s style.

First step- First of all, take out green chillies, mustard oil, yellow mustard seeds, fenugreek, fennel, turmeric, salt, lemon juice and ginger.

Second step- Wash green chillies and dry it. Keep in mind that there is no moisture in green chillies at all.

Third step- Now you have to cut green chili into two parts from the middle. After this, add fenugreek seeds, fennel and yellow mustard in a pan and fry it a little.

Fourth step- Now you have to allow roasted fenugreek seeds, fennel and yellow mustard to cool down and then grind coarsely.

Fifth step- After this, heat the mustard oil in the pan and then let it cool a little.

Sixth step- Now you have to add turmeric, salt, ground spices and green chillies to this oil and mix everything well.
