According to reports, TikTok has also limited hashtags and now creators are able to use only 5 hashtags. Instagram also seems to be following the same path. Currently, 30 hashtags can be used on Instagram posts and reels, which is now being reduced to only 3. This decision is said to have an impact on new creators because now they will not have the option to use more hashtags to increase their reach. Let us tell you that currently this limitation has come only on posts made from creator accounts on iPhone. There is no restriction yet on adding more hashtags on any account than iPhone to individual and Android phones.

One user has also said that there is a limit of 5 hashtags. Many users on X have expressed their disappointment regarding this update.
