Now companies are using AI tools that can do the entire work from receiving calls to query solve themselves without any human help.

Altman gave an example, saying, “Now when you call, AI itself answers. There is no call transfer, nor any tree system. He can do everything that a human agent does it immediately and accurate without mistake.”

AI’s increasing interference in healthcare too

Not only the customer service, the health sector is also being affected by AI. Altman said that the AI system like CHATGPT has now surpassed many doctors in terms of identifying the disease and giving the right diagnosis. He said, “Today, Chatgpt can often make better diagnosis from most of the doctors of the world.” This means that in future AI can play a strong role in place of a doctor, but a very strong role as his colleague.

AI’s strength and risk are necessary to understand

Altman says that AI has now become so capable that it not only reduces human mistakes but also works with better accuracy in less cost and better accuracy. This is the reason that companies are now moving towards adopting AI on a large scale. But with this, the question also arises that will our job machines be done in the coming time?
