First step- To make cheese, you have to take about 1 liter of milk. Cook the milk well until it boils 1-2. Now take about half a lemon juice and put it in milk. Now boil the milk until 1-2 boils and when the milk bursts, turn off the gas.
Second Step- You can use different things to tear milk. Some people use white vinegar to tear milk. Make a solution by mixing 2 teaspoons of water in vinegar. Now boil the milk till it burst.
Third step- When the milk is torn, add torn milk in a muslin cloth and remove the whole water. Put 1 glass of clean water on top and wash the cheese lightly. Now squeeze the cheese again and cover the cheese tied in the cloth with something heavy.
Fourth step- After about 2 hours the cheese will be completely set. Take out the cheese from the cloth and cut it into the desired shape. You can easily make vegetables, bhujia or paratha from this cheese. Fresh cheese in the house feels delicious to eat and it is also very healthy.
