Curd onion sandwich

In summer, yogurt and onion must be included in the diet. Curd and onion prevents heat stroke. Yogurt contains good bacteria that improve stomach and digestion. It is better to prepare sandwiches from fresh curd in the house. This is a healthy snack that children will also eat with taste. Want to eat special breakfast in weekends or children have to feed something healthy in the snack in the evening. Yogurt can make onion sandwiches. Curd onion sandwich recipe

First step- To make sandwich, you have to take thick curd. For this, put normal yogurt in a Lenin cloth and extract extra water of curd. Now put the water out of the water in a bowl and add favorite vegetables to it.

Second step- If you do not have a lot of vegetables, then you can also make sandwiches by adding finely chopped onion, coriander and green chillies. Apart from this, finely chop grated carrots, boiled corn, beans and capsicum.

Third step- Add 1 tbsp of origino powder, chili flakes, salt and pepper. If you want, add 1 teaspoon ground sugar and finely chopped green coriander. Mix all the things well.

Fourth step- Now take the bread slass and spread one tablespoon of curd mix over it and spread it. Now place another bread slices on top of it and heat the griddle and add 1 teaspoon of desi ghee. Spread the ghee and put a little mustard and cumin seeds on it and add 2-4 curry leaves.

Fifth step- Put the bread on top of it and bake the bread till it turns golden from one side. Now apply the second side of the bread and bake it well from both sides. Curd onion braid sandwich is ready. Serve it by cutting it in a triangular shape or in any shape.
