Fake loan apps: The Government of India has issued an important warning for Android users across the country. Government organization ‘Cyber Dost’ (Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Center i4C, which is working under the Ministry of Home Affairs), has said that there are many financial apps that look real that looks real, but actually they have been designed to steal your personal information and money on the Google Play Store.
The connection of these apps has also been linked to some enemy countries which are targeting the financial details of Indian users with their help. Cyber Dost has recently shared a list of these suspicious apps on X (East Twitter) which has been advised to delete immediately.

Another alert released recently
Another warning recently released by the government told that if the internet is operational while calling on mobile, then some apps can record your phone conversation. A police officer said that by going to Google Chrome settings, it can be found out which apps are allowed to access microphone access. Fake financial apps can not only put your privacy in danger but can also be empty bank account.
