Airtel and vi users: You can apply from the company’s official app. Apart from this, send SMS on 121 or 199 according to your network. Message format: ESIM.
Bsnl users: One has to go to the close customer service center and apply. Here the KYC process will have to be completed, for which Aadhaar card is necessary.
What is activation process
- After the request submit, follow these steps:
- The QR code of ESIM will be sent on your registered email.
- After this, open Settings → Mobile Networks/Cellular/Sim Services.
