Nano banana trend: For the last few days, Google’s Nano Banana model has been a big reason for discussion on social media. Initially this trend went viral when people started making highly realistic 3D figures and retro-style images from this model. Especially the pictures prepared in 80s look sarees began to draw the attention of the people. But while this trend is becoming a source of entertainment, a serious warning has also come up in the midst of it.

IPS officer warning

IPS officer V.C. The gentleman has asked people to be careful on the social media platform X (first Twitter). He says that it can be heavy in such viral trends to join and share personal information in future. He wrote, “Don’t get caught in the trap of trending topics on the internet! If you share your personal information in the name of ‘Nano Banana’, then the money of your bank account can be found by criminals in a single click. Never give your photo or private details to a fake website or unauthorized apps.”

Keep security priority

The officer further said that people should share their happiness on social media but security should always be the first priority. According to him, jumping into a new trend without checking is the same as to step into a deep pit without looking. He clearly said – “Think twice before uploading your information and photos.” The gentleman also added that once your data is attached to a fake website, it becomes almost impossible to get it back and its results can be very dangerous.

Why is “Nano Banana” trend?

This trend is not limited to just individual photos or data sharing. Large threats of data security are also hidden in it. Large tech companies can often use pictures and data uploaded by users to train their AI models. For example, Google default uses the conversation on Gemini in training.

Although users can close it, but this process is not easy. Similarly, Anthropic (Claude Chatbot making company) has recently announced that if users do not choose to get out of themselves, then their data will be used in their data training.
