Broadband status in India
Currently, India’s broadband market is dominated by Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio, which has more than 1.4 crore wired broadband customers and about 50 crore mobile internet users. Airtel also has more than 30 crore broadband customers. However, telecom companies are worried that after spending more than $ 20 billion, they may lose their customers due to the Starlink service of Allen Musk as satellite technology is developing quite rapidly.
