Actually, in recent days, warmth has been seen in the relations between India and China. Apart from this, a few days ago the ticket website in India was accessible. Many users had told that they are able to access the homepage of this website. From then on, such speculations were being made that the Chinese company could return to India with the ownership of Bittens.
What did the government say?
Talking to Moneycontrol, Union IT and Information Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav have put the government’s side on this issue. He said that there is no proposal to remove the ban from the ticket. Vaishnav said that no proposal has come from any side about this. In such a situation, the speculations have come to an end, in which soon the talk of ticket returning to India was being said.
When was the ban on ticket?
About 5 years ago, the Indian government had banned several Chinese apps including tickets over the tension on the border with China. In the earlier order, the ticket was also named in the list of apps banned. At that time, the government had said that these apps are a threat to India’s sovereignty, unity, security and law and order. Along with ticket, other apps of Bittens were also closed in India at that time. These included social media platform Hello and video editing app Capkat etc.
Ban has also been imposed in America
Like India, tickets are banned in America too. However, the US President says that the American Bayer is ready to buy this app. In fact, this year, the US had banned this app, citing the threat to national security. The condition has been laid for its operation in the US that the owner of this app should be the American person or company.
